He is a former captain in the U.S. Marines, an avid outdoorsman, and world traveler. He once worked as a shepherd in New Zealand.

Daren brings 20 years of information systems and competitive intelligence experience. Previously, he ran a custom software development company providing task and workflow management solutions. He is a retired Master Sergeant in the U.S. Marines and is utterly impossible to rattle under pressure.

Judith brings 20 years of high tech public relations experience to the team. She´s helped numerous companies grow and thrive and she can carry a conversation with anyone. Little known fact: She is a trained paralegal.

Rentingyourhome.com started in 2005 as a web based alternative to property management to help landlords advertise and screen tenants, collect rents online, and manage maintenance at a 60 - 80% savings. We currently serve clients in all 50 United States.
Our Beginnings
Until 2004, the web technology did not exist to provide landlords with the tools they needed to succeed. Advertising was too fragmented and expensive. Credit checks did not accept electronic signatures. Rents simply could not be collected electronically by small landlords.
Now all that has changed.
We are continually in search of new solutions that can be leveraged for your benefit, not because we love technology, but because we´ve helped the 12 million landlords who self-manage their rentals to do so faster and cheaper. We´ve grown remarkably fast to serve landlords across all 50 states and make each landlord´s investments more rewarding.
